Day 2 of the raw milk experiment is underway. So far, no ill effects, although there was a time that if I wasn’t already by myself, I would have cleared the room…
For the last couple of years, Number 2 has had some real problems with cramping. The standard response from everyone else is to drink more water. I, however, see that his water consumption is more than a gallon a day and suspect it has more to do with a lack of salt. He eats pretty healthy, lots of fruit, and we are not heavy on the salt when we cook, so I started meal prepping country ham biscuits for him. The weather has cooled, so I don’t think we will know for sure if this helps until the next tournament in a week or so.
