If the School of War Podcast is your must-listen to, this is a close second. I have mixed feelings about the military realignment. Generally, I am not a fan of centralization, but I also don’t like the competing interests of separate regions. Bottom line, the government needs unity of effort with all ships rowing in the same direction. Currently, that doesn’t seem to happen; there are fiefdoms that compete for resources and attention. I do like the focus on actual security of the homeland vs abroad, and that ties into the weapon of mass destruction designation for fentanyl. 100,000-200,000 deaths a year…that is more than any bombs or war, and it is beyond time we took it seriously. The drain and disruption that this causes the nation is incalculable. Because this generally doesn’t affect the doner class, Washington didn’t care. The fentanyl epidemic is unrestricted warfare intentionally brought to the shores of this nation by China.
China’s ambitions go way beyond Taiwan,

China is an empire. Taiwan is an independent country. It is not and never has been a part of the People’s Republic of China. Strategic Ambiguity needs to be over, and Taiwan needs to be defended.
“China’s ambitions go way beyond Taiwan…their purpose is to build economic dependency and leverage dependency for political advantage.”

Facts.
Taiwan is already an independent country, but the CCP keeps claiming that Taiwan is part of China.

Let’s say it together: Taiwan is a sovereign state.
Anytime I make a post about how Americans should be fiercely proud of our conservation legacy, I have foreign bots swarming me saying “Don’t Russia and China have more Wilderness than the USA?” It’s an intentional effort to demoralize you and it’s factually incorrect. Laughable… https://t.co/wnDy1QGSVa pic.twitter.com/4thTwAEpgd

This is good stuff and requires stewardship. We need to be proud of our legacy of protection.
