It’s getaway day! Off to see number 1. It is weird having the kids leave the nest and not being able to see them often. The oldest, a sophomore in college, moved in August, and we haven’t had a chance to hug his neck since. Only one lunch note today, so I guess the other three will be getting texts. This probably foreshadows a point later in life for us.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, these Lunch Box Quotes are literally that. Every day, I try to find a good quote for the kids to write on the napkin that I put in their lunch box. This year, since the kids are for the most part, making their own lunches, I have time to post them here.<\/p>\n
