I could fill this space with them. These are just two examples:&nbsp;&#8220;Comfort is the enemy of progress&#8221; &#8211; P.T. Barnum, or &#8220;Comfort is the worst addiction&#8221; &#8211; Marcus Aurelius. For me, comfort can lead to a lack of awareness, and I hate when things sneak up on me or I am surprised by something I should have known. I don&#8217;t really know how to measure awareness, but this year, I am going to try harder to pay attention to what is going on in others&#8217; lives. More phone calls, less scrolling, or if I do scroll, try to commit details to memory and be intentional about conversations and catching up with others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">As a reminder, Lunch Box Quotes are notes I include in the kids\u2019 lunches every day.
