Number 4 had a couple lacrosse games this weekend, and unfortunately for her, they did not end as well as the others. This year is going to be a challenge of perseverance and growth because she is on a 6th-grade team playing against Middle School teams, which are mixed 6-8 grades. There is a maturity and skill gap that is noticeable on the field. She did score her first goal, though! Add in the sausage and saute for about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n<ul class=\"wprm-advanced-list wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-16170-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add in the onion, bell pepper, and celery, and cook 3-5 minutes just until soft. Add in the minced garlic and cook another minute.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-16170-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sprinkle in the cajun seasoning,&nbsp;and mix until coated.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-16170-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add in the chicken broth, tomatoes, beans, and rice. Turn up the heat and bring it to a simmer for 2-3 minutes, and stir, scraping the bottom for any browned bits.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-16170-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Reduce the heat to a low temperature.
