The kids are officially out of school, except for Number 1; summer classes start next week. I am not sure what the summer routine will look like, most likely, a written Lunch Box Quote for Number 2 when he starts his internship in June, and texts for the rest. We will see. Big, big games tonight for Numbers 2 and 3. It’s the Elite 8. For Number 3 and the Varsity Girls, they take the draw against the 18-0 Fuquay-Varina Bengals. It is going to be a tough match on their turf, but I know they are good enough to pull this off. For Number 2 and the Varsity Boys, they face-off against the 18-3 Holly Springs Golden Hawks. Again, this is going to be a tough match, but honestly, these boys have it in them to be the best in the state. They just have to come out and let it rip. Take the shot, put pressure on the goalie. For The Wife and I, it will be split team ops as she travels up I-40 for almost 2 hours to watch the girls.
